Horses for Sale
I have been with Thoroughbreds all my life in the competition arena and in racing, where I've learned from some of the best Thoroughbred trainers in the industry. It's here that I confidently recognize talented horses and offer them to the public for purchase as competition horses for Eventing, Dressage, Hunters and Jumpers. The horses are quality American Thoroughbreds who have been raced at prestigious tracks such as Keeneland, Churchill, Arlington and Saratoga. I emphasize that my Thoroughbreds are not rescued horses. Little Kentucky Farm Thoroughbreds are well trained, gentle and talented animals that are worked on a daily basis. I emphasize 'top of the line' pedigrees, kind eyes, correct conformation and solid hooves.
Compatibility between prospective owners and horses is determined via an interview process. My approach and elite selection of American Thoroughbreds has established a solid reputation for honest representation and having the buyer's and horse's best interest in mind. Prices for LKF horses start at $10,000, where the farm's successful training program produces quality young eventers.

Teddy is 7 yrs. old, Jockey Club registered Thoroughbred gelding, standing at 16.1 hands. Pedigree includes Northern Dancer, Damascus, Alleged, Hoist The Flag, Admirals Voyage and Spy Song. If Teddy sounds familiar, that is because the farm sold Ted 3 years ago and have since brought him back when we heard he was available. While he was away, he continued with his eventing and also found his way into the Hunter/Jumper ring.
Now that he is back, he will go into Eventing full time and make use of his Hunter/Jumper mileage at the trials. He has matured not only mentally but physically, and looks to be even more handsome than when he was as a spindly youngster. He is a floaty mover who covers ground, very short back, clean legs and solid feet. He has developed into an impressive horse.

Very light in the bridle with a soft mouth. Works well and understands leg aids, half-halts, leg yields, upward transitions from a walk, balanced transition downward. Uncomplicated, sound and sane. Lovely horse for a talented junior or upper level rider.
Balanced and smooth gaits. Uphill mover with easy transitions.

Point, shoot and wait to the base of the fence and Teddy will take you there every time. Simple to ride over fences. When asking for a bit more, Teddy will increase his scope and is very keen over fences.

$15,000. Definite potential for upper level Eventing, who has lovely gaits and tons of scope over fences. For more information and to schedule a viewing, please call Owner Zeb Fry at 404-202-4935.
